Our Wildlife Management Process

1. Inspection

We identify the species, the active entry points, secondary openings, nesting areas and any damage. We also consider the season and whether young may be present.

2. Humane Removal or Exclusion

Depending on the animal and the situation, we use trapping, one-way doors or other exclusion methods that follow Virginia wildlife regulations.

3. Entry-Point Sealing

After the animals are out, we seal entry points and protect vulnerable areas such as vents, soffits, roof returns and chimneys and rooflines.

4. Cleanup and Repair

Yes. We use humane removal and exclusion methods and follow Virginia wildlife laws. Exclusion lets animals leave on their own and keeps them from getting back in.

How do I know what animal is in my attic?

Timing is a clue: squirrels are active during the day, while raccoons, bats and flying squirrels are active at night. An inspection confirms the species and entry point.

Will you seal the holes after removal?

Yes. Entry-point sealing and repair are part of a complete wildlife job, so the same opening is not used again.

Do you clean up after wildlife?

Yes. We can remove droppings and nesting material and replace contaminated insulation when needed.
